    Great service, on time, good landing and take-off. Frontier is my favorite airline to fly because of these reasons. Customer service in the air is great as well. The agents at the airport were also friendly despite being extremely busy.

    Southwest excels over the other US domestic airlines. They are friendly, helpful, courteous, fun and you get 2 pieces of luggage FREE. They also have better prices than their competitors. I am flying SW almost exclusively if I can find a flight with them.

    i would recommend SW to anyone. The C.S. is excellent. They are fun and efficient and KIND TO THE CUSTOMERS. They offer their best. I prefer SW Airlines and look for their offers FIRST.

    I still don't see how checking your luggage slows down the plane...I, personally, dislike having to drag a buncha stuff onto the plane, and then there isn't enough room in the overhead bins for everyone's carry-ons to be close to them. Slows down the boarding and leaving the plane.

    Our flight was great. The flight attendents were friendly and quick to get out drinks and snacks. The flight was a little rocky coming in, but when isn't it flying in over the Rockies.
