We've flown this route three times each year and every time it has been a smooth process for checking in online. The flights are always on time and the attendants are helpful. It's also great to have no luggage fees as it's just as quick to check a bag than to do a carry on -- and there's never any space available in the overhead bins since everyone now thinks they have to do carry ons! Southwest is my favorite airline.

I flew from Nashville, TN to Denver,CO and back on Southwest and was satisfied as usual. The only extra fee is the optional Early Bird Checkin which I used this time due to my crazy schedule. The flight out arrived 15 min early and the return was about 30 min late, which is rare in my experience with SW. The seats are roomier than some other airlines and the staff make the flight pleasant, still giving out free snacks as well as soda. Imagine that!
