As this flight was 2.5 hours long and from two major cities, I did not expect to be in a regional jet. The space is too small and I am a average women and had an aisle seat. Also as I am short, the surround headrest does me no good. All but the smallest carry-on had to be gate checked. I have no problem with that but the length of time to get the bags to the jet way was so long that we were a bottleneck and the rest of the passengers could not get off the plane. Also, we arrived at LAX in a way out terminal and had to wait for shuttle buses to get back to baggage pick up and the mail terminal. Overall not a good experience and I will definitely watch flight times and type of aircraft before I book American again.

Frontier online check-in is easy and intuitive. The flight was uneventful. The flight attendants were professional and friendly. I liked the fresh-baked cookies as a snack after the drink service. LAX to DEN was a full flight so they were gate-checking bags for free. As a result of that, boarding was easy and quick. Biggest surprise was that my bags almost beat me to the bag carousel in Denver. With United I've had to wait almost an hour.

and don't opt for the first row. There is no leg room with the divider right there. At least in regular rows, you can stretch your legs under the seat in front of you. Or you can put your backpack there instead of crossing two other passengers to get your bad.

My boyfriend is 6'4" and we can usually get the exit row because he is a Summit member and I am an Ascent member on Frontier. This makes the whole experience better than normal.

Weather upon departure was extremely cold (17 below in Denver) but flight was right on time. With only 22 passengers on board going and 13 passengers coming back I couldn't believe the flight wasn't cancelled. It was like having a private charter. Thank you. We got incredible service and no other airline even came close to the fare I paid. Southwest . . . I love you! Keep it up.

Flight to L.A. was fine. Was packed on the way to Arizona with people fleeing the below freezing temperatures of Denver. My daughter and I had to sit separatly because I neglected to check in early for better seating. My fault. Flight from Arizona was much more comfortable, less people on board and had any pick of seating. Cannot say the same about return flight. The Flight Attendent was rude. The plane was full, but no reason to be short with anyone. Waiting for my place for restroom use, I got up just before the captain said it was okay to move about. The attendant said, "get back to your seat." No understandingly "please", just said in a gruff. I let it go. But, she told the lady behind me who was waiting to close to the prep area (in rear) "stand over there" And pointed impolitely! Standing next to me, she looked at me and and said, "what did I do"? Later during flight, I overheard her tell a co-worker that she stayed up way to late watching the Pittsburg Steelers game. I got the picture.

Passengers are carrying on entirely too big and too much luggage. Frontier charges for luggage, so people carry on ridiculously large and over-sized luggage. I sat mid-plane and was unable to fit 2 small bags in the overhead compartment. I had to do check-ins on the plane. Although the cost was free, it is still an inconvenience. My next flight, I will certainly consider the luggage fees. I was also annoyed with the fact Frontier no longer accepts cash for drink/food. I thought was always an acceptable form of payment in the United States. Otherwise, the flight was uneventful and was on time at both Denver and LAX Airports. My luggage also arrived undamaged.

I have flown between DEN and LAX on American and United. I flew on United's 767-300 Domestic aircraft recently on United. It was roomy and I loved sitting in Economy Plus for no extra charge as the flight was oversold. I will pay the extra 24 dollars next time. It really beat American's MD-80s and now their Regional jets which have overtaken the route from DEN to LAX. United also has some experiecned flight attendents who served a full can of soda. They also had free headphones which I don't find on Frontier. I will continue to fly Denver's largest airline in the future and American on a limited basis.

Get your boarding passes in advance online. Frontier seats were comfortable. One of the flight attendants had a bit of Jet Blue's Steven Slater in her personality, but unlike Mr. Slater, without passenger provocation, or boarding pressures. Allow yourself extra time for getting through security in LAX.

This was one of their 777's with the new business and first class seating. One of the best experiences I have ever had on a flight. Business class put 1st class on nearly every other airline to shame. I heard someone comment that it was much better than Emirates business class also. Great job United!

All went well, we had seasoned (older) flight attendants that were warm and provided great customer service. My only concern was the bag drop off process. This consisted of a long line similar to the old days of checking in. We wondered the value of doing our own electronic check in and paying $25 per bag, only to then get into a long line to wait for our baggage tags and drop off.

They forced me to check my bag which had fit perfectly in the overhead on the flight from LAX to Denver only six days prior. The flight attendant refused to fill up my water bottle. She said I would have to pour the water from the cup she would give me into the bottle myself. However, the flight attendant on the LAX to Denver flight had no problem doing exactly what I had asked.
