Love the easy check-in and free bags. Both flights very smooth too. Only thing that could have been better was if it wasn't a totally full flight!

flight was on time and full;bathroom door did not lock on the flight out. So someone walked in on me not really all that pleasant.

Nothing spectacular but good treatment. Friendly staff, flight was smooth. Asked for a can of pop and got it rather than just a small glass of it.

The only annoying bit happened pre-flight, when everyone was lining up to board. I couldn't help but notice that everyone was budging even though there was clearly a line. It's not a big deal, but I hope Southwest implements a more streamlined boarding process in the future or at least calls out those who disregard others as to get their precious window/aisle seat. Otherwise, great flight!
