    The main reason I gave average is because they had the wrong gate listed on everyone's boarding pass. This is an International airport and was off by several shuttle stops away! Listed gate A14 and was actually D37! A bit of an inconvenience with carry on's and 5" stilletos. Take off and landing were spectacular though. Great job and kuddos to the Pilot. The rest was just like any other airline herding cattle.

    I know turnaround time is quick for airlines - but I often wonder if the seats ever get really cleaned. They are usually crumby (have crumbs on them). And trays are often sticky. Do the passenger areas get cleaned ever??? I often think about all of the germs - and not from the air exchange system!!!!

    DFW-OMA passengers are taken advantage of because of limited competition. (AA is only non-stop service)

    Return flite was delayed 1+ hours.
