All in all the flight was uneventful, until I observed an elderly woman, who was traveling alone, struggling with a piece of carry-on while placing it in the overhead compartment. when the woman asked for assistance, a young (20-ish)and very abled flight attendant did not assist her and stated that it basically was "not her job" to lift baggage. Another passange stood to help the woman.
I was diasappointed that the flight attendant took a tone and an attitude.

I fly Southwest to Tampa a couple of times a year to visit my parents. I LOVE SOUTHWEST. I've experienced a singing flight attendant (I hope she makes it to Broadway one day) and pilots that give the flight a little something extra with their commentary at times during the flight. I've never had a bad experience with Southwest - Bags Fly Free is a great perk too. Keep Up the Good Work.

With a direct flight to Tampa (less than 2 hours), quick and easy check-in, no extra fees for bags, on-time flights and adequate legroom for two long-legged adults, it doesn't get any better than that. Now we remember why we like flying Southwest.

Wow this trip to the beach really got wrecked by Delta! We were supposed to take the first flight out from Columbus airport and be into Tampa by 12:00. However, the crew discovered that the O2 tank on board was empty and there weren't any extra 02 containers that wouold fit in the airport. We had to wait 3 hours while someone from Cincinnati drove one up to us. By that time we had missed our next flight and did not end up getting into Tampa until 6:30. Then on the way home there were 2 delays and they took 40 minutes to get our baggage to baggage claim. For all of this Delta remained very appologetic, however the only compensation they were willing to offer was 12 dollars worth of meal vouchers for our trouble. Too bad we lost a full day on the beach and had a lot of stress on what should have been a relaxing vacation!

Atlanta still needs to improve their ground control. To much time wasted sitting on the tarmac. Columbus and Tampa airports are top notch.

Got boarding pass on computer 24 hours ahead of flight, checked in at curb and no delays in boarding or with flights. We arrived 15 minutes early on both directions! Bags came off right away and overall it was an easy trip both to Tampa and back again.

I love flying Southwest. 2 bags per person free. Great service. Best prices to the places we love to go. They need to ditch the plane crackers tho.. they taste awful.

I Love Southwest! Great rates and no charge for luggage! Great rewards programs as well. Would recommend to anyone flying with children as families with children under 4 get priority seating.

The flight attendants made the whole experience bearable. They made jokes and made it interesting. Personnally, I think all baggage should go in the cargo.

This was our first flight on Southwest and it was a great experience from the courtesy of the flight attendants and check in staff, to the timeliness of the flights, to the comfort of the seats. Free luggage was a plus also. We already have booked another flight with Southwest based on this trip and how good the flight was.
