“Worst airline EVER - midwest/frontier”

1) My flight was canceled at least 24 hours prior, and I was only notified when I called the day prior to my flight to find out why I had no seat numbers, then they said it was Expedia's fault, but Expedia wasn't notified until I was on the line with the airline. THEN I had to fly out a day early with 2 layovers. There was a weather delay in mMilwaukee and we were told we'd miss our next flight b/c the layover was 45 minutes then we were told they would hold the flight but we had to run through the whole airport to get to it. On our way back I called the day before to confirm our flights and we were told we were good to go, we get to the airport and there are 2 check in counters, no kiosk check in and we were at the counter for an hour b/c they couldn't check us in b/c the midwest and frontier systems weren't communicating with each other. A angry line built behind us and once again we almost missed our flight. I will NEVER fly frontier Midwest again... EVER.

Our trip out had the worst seats I've experienced, no lumbar support whatsoever. Apart from that everything was really good. Connections worked and were timely. No delays. Even the babies on the flights were cute and playful with practically no noise.

The experience was as good as can be expected in this time of less flights and more security. A fuel leak delayed departure, but time was made up so arrival was not much later than scheduled.

The attendants were especially friendly and helpful. The plane was nice and clean. The $6 meal was not fabulous, but it was pretty good. Since it was a morning flight, it consisted of a big chocolate chip muffin, some apple slices, and a cup of yogurt. Later, they brought around free chocolate cookies and coffee - a nice touch. On planes equipped with ovens, the cookies are baked on board. Smooth takoff and landing. A very good trip all the way around.
