    Having heard negative remarks about United Airlines, we were pleasantly surprised to find that everything went smoothly. We enjoyed our fligt.

    Everythihg went smoothly, however, I do not like going up and down the steps to get in the plane,especially if it is raining. It is a little difficult for older people.

    I had heard some unpleasant things about United, however, we did not experience any. It was a good flight.
