Love flying Southwest Airlines. Easy boarding by the numbers, even a toddler can do it. As long as you know how to count and the alphabet, should be simple. Pick a row, pick a seat, sit down and go.....That's my idea of how a flight should be done every time. Southwest never disappoints! I am unfortunately the person on a packed flight that always ends up sitting in front of, next to, or behind the screaming fighting crying sick kid that kicks the seat, throws toys and food in the 3 row radius around them, and won't sit still for the entire flight. Stay away from me if you can! Thank goodness for short flights!

The flight was fine service was great. My only complaint would be that the seats are very close toghter and if the person in front of you reclines I feel like they are laying on top of me.

If you don't mind the cheap nature of the beast, Southwest is the way to go! Check in 24 hours early to get a good seat, though!

On my return to Cleveland from Orlando, every seat was filled. It seemed to take forever to board as passengers ignored instructions to move into their row before stowing their gear in the overheads. It seemed no one wanted to take the chance of not having a place for their carry ons. On this flight at least we got pretzels to go with our beverages. On the flight down to Orlando, all that was served was the beverage. Of course now you have to pay for anything more substantial as well as for entertainment. I miss the old days when you got a small snack on each leg of the trip and got to watch a free movie.

I flew Southwest airlines. It is my favorite airlines. It is easy to use, customer care is friendly & helpful, it is an economical alternative to other carriers. I love the fact that airfair I pay for is good until I am able to use it within 2 years. (I needed to cancel my original flight). I also love the fact that my 1st 2 pieces of luggage are free. The flight attendents were helpful, courteous and they infused a little humor into the experience, which everyone seemed to enjoy.

Had a 9:15 A.M. Flight back to Orlando; requiring us to leave our vacation home at 5:30 AM allowing 2 hours for car rental rreturn, security screening, etc. Got to the gate at 8:43. At 9 we were told of a maintenance problem with a briefing update at 10 AM (Pleasse do not leave the gate area) At 10 we got an update that it would be 12:30 P.M. for the next briefing (but don't leave the gate area.) at 11 the attendant said we will begin boarding by rows from the rear of the plane (Hope no one left the gate area) We took off at 11:22 A.M. Sure hope no one left the gate area. A 2:15 minute delay should really be worth more than a free drink.

An early morning non stop to Orlando from Cleveland. A good flight, easy security, smooth and a good pilot, experienced. No problems at all, same for the return but different pilot. Just a busier seurity line coming from Orlando.

Wonderful to fly First class, however it costs more and more miles. Continental has always been the very best in my eyes.Yes, they screw up, however not as much as I have seen or heard about other airlines.
