It was a very nice flight...we left CLE early...and arrived early in Dallas.The weather was clear which made for a smooth ride all the way.

The flight attendants did a great job, we had a lap child and they were extremely kind and helpful. Plane was on-time.

No complaints with any of the personnel. The seats were dreadful. I'm only 5 ft. 1 in. and I couldn't cross my legs. The seat in front of me was so close that I couldn't slide my computer bag completely under the seat. I couldn't put the computer bag in the plane storage bin because they only had storage on one side and it was filled by the time I boarded. My husband is not a really large man, yet his shoulders were over on my side so that I had to sit sideways the entire trip for us both to fit. I sat next to the window and there was a built-in bulge where the floor meets the side wall, so I couldn't even put my feet straight down in front of me. We had a 2 hr. 50 min. flight that was miserably uncomfortable.

Continental seems to regularly overbook the flights from Cle-Dfw. I've had to start choosing earlier in the day flights just so that I have a chance at catching a later flight the same day!!
The Express flights are crowded and no leg room. I felt claustrophobic on these flights!
