    Enjoyed the new tram in Dulles; lots of standing room but not many seats. Some passengers were very rude to the gentleman checking the Boarding Passes, but he continued to be super-polite. The wine I ordered on the flight out of Chicago was BAD, but the Flight Attendant brought me the good stuff out of First Class. In fact, SHE was First Class.
