    Due to weather delays in NYC (1 inch of snow?!) the flight was delayed from 7:40 pm to midnight...so the plane's ETA would have been 3:30 am NYC time. I switched onto the next available flight for the next day without too much trouble. Thank goodness I had the next day off. The delay seemed excessive, particularly for such little snow. What a waste of time!

    loved everything about this airline ! Loved the satellite tv and was able to be on my computer- offered us as many snacks as we wanted- friendly staff- lots of leg room- it was a total different experience as compared to other planes !

    Courteous service. No charge for first bag. Choice of snacks and drinks.

    We were delayed 2 hours because of weather on return trip, but pilots got us there in record time and with the gentlest landing ever. A pleasure.

    Every airline should operate like Jet Blue.

    Reasonable cost, more leg room, free baggage,free snacks and beverages, on time.

    If Jet Blue can do it, why can't all airlines?

    The flight went very smoothly. The flight attendants were very nice and attentive. Trip lasted around 2 hours 30 minutes.
