Our tour was cancelled because the ash cloud from the volcano in Iceland closed down all the airports on April 17. It was terribly disappointing. However, Lufthansa refunded the total cost of our flight tickets and I think they need to be commended. I will definitely take this into consideration when I plan another trip.
