    Really don't like Southwest's lack of assigned seats. Flights were on time and as comfortable as tight quarters allow.

    Why don't the airlines board from the rear of the plane forward? It would be so much more efficient --- no waiting in the aisle while the person in row 6 tries to get bags into the overhead!

    the flight was uneventful which is the way I like it. The flight was full and as we chose to be the last to board, our bags were checked for FREE, nice! Return trip was half full allowing more elbow room and carry on room.

    very smooth ride, and on time,but was packed to the gills, overbooked the plane and had crying kids. overall it was good for the money

    No action review. Plane on time, seating appropriate. clean planes, helpful attendants, seats slightly stiff. Would fly Airtran service again.
