    Everything was super great on the flight out. (Best in Show actually), however, on the way back, one long, curly, blond haired flight attendant was very rude and not helpful to people boarding the plane. I recommend using the early flight check in for an additional $10.00, especially if you have a carry on.

    I fly Southwest from Chicago to Philadelphia several times a year to visit my daughter. I love the non-stop service and no baggage fees! I watch sales and try to take advantage of their deals. The service is always great, friendly and courteous! The rapid rewards is a great deal too! Add a rapid rewards visa account and fly even cheaper! You can't beat Southwest!

    went southwest, very crowed had to sit in the middle, comming and going, will never take that trip if i had to fly, very hot on the plane very overcrowed, couldnt even sit with my husband.
