I could ask for no better service than Southwest gives. I recently lost my husband and happened to mention it to one of the flight attendants. He was just lovely and gave me some of their "loved" coffee as well as a card written by all the flight attendants on the plane. How much more concern could I have been shown???? I love their personable ways of attending.
