    The flight going was great. The return was horrible with the delays and being over booked. If it had not been for the flight attendance it could have been a lot worse.

    we had to wait 45 minutes to take off from charlotte because of air traffic. the seats in the plane are a little hard to sit that long. otherwise it was fine.
