Generally the day was somewhat enjoyable. Aircraft seats could be a lot more comfortable, very hard on the back sitting for that length of time, not to mention the tight leg room. To navigate the aisles is about impossible with serving carts in the way. Airport staff and airline staff seemed to be frazzled but served with controlled politeness. I'd say that the travel experience is one of practiced control and not one of relaxed enjoyment.

Plane had been delayed about an hour arriving at Sky Harbor and knowing I had only a 40 minute lay over at next stop CVG, I knew I wouldn't make it.We made up some time in the air and arrived within minutes of take off from CVG.I felt it was already in the air but took a chance and ran a good piece to the desk to Charlotte praying the entire way.Much, much to my surprise a lady and a gentleman were waiting for me expectantly and were so kind and actually walked with me onto plane.Luckily, I didn't get any ugly stares from passengers already on board.

It is very upsetting to make a connection in Dallas with American. The connecting gate is constantly changing from one concourse to another.
