Efficient on-line check-in with seat selection, boarding pass printing, and checked bag purchase. Turned in checked bag at Counter with no waiting. Boarding was orderly by row numbers. Flight was on-time. Two beverage services enrouote. Overall a very professional and smooth experience.

Pleased with on time departure and early arrival outbound. The return flight was also on time for departure and arrival. Acceptable time frame for baggage retrieval.

The flight is always smooth, even in turbulence. sometimes landing can be rough, the return flight to Burbank landed with quite a thud, not the best landing. The service is very good I must say, and the flight attendants are always nice and warm. It was cool they kept on updating about the Lakers/Suns game inflight. The seats are not the most comfortable, but the value is what makes me choose Alaska over other airlines. And since I frequently go to Seattle, Alaska is my choice. Their mileage plan is also one of the best I think there is. Lots of options to earn more miles plus bonus earning opportunities.
