great to check in on line and had minimal wait at the counter. Flight left ontime and arrived on time.

It was our first experience flying on Delta and found them to be very good, either in checking in or departing. Everyone was curteous and there were no delays. The plane was very comfortable as well.
I would have no hesitation using Delta again.

Flew South West from Buffalo to San Francisco. Flying out of Toronto, rates are soooo much higher. Websaver fare of $150-taxes in.Tuesday afternoon seemed to be the lowest rate. No baggage fees. Just have to say that the first day is a 'travelling day'. Bus to Buffalo airport...takes time due to crossing border and to guarantee early arrival at the airport. One hour stop over in Las Vegas where I supported the airport enrichment fund(slot machines).Take your own laptop...airport fees are too high for using theirs. No seat assignmenst, just group and line placement which seemed to work if you are in the first group.Still got my aisle seat.Flights are quite full. South West staff is friendly, flights were good, wouldn't hesitate to fly with them again.
