Our take-off in Branson was delayed because of bad weather in Atlanta. By the time we got there, our flight (the last to LGA that night) had taken off. Several angry and frustrated patrons lined up at the Airtran service counter, but we found another customer service rep at a different gate who was not helping anyone. We were polite and patient and she was EXCELLENT. She sent us on to Indy that night, and we were on the first flight to LGA the next morning. For both of those flights, she put us in business class, which was a nice upgrade. I was sad to miss flying over Manhattan at night, but I was still at my hotel before noon. We will use Airtran again.
