Very good flight - screens for every seat - plenty of food options - terrific service - will check Jet Blue first from now on.

In Boston our gate was changed and, then, after a wait, we saw that our flight was delayed for 1 1/2 hours! So, we had to call our friends and told them to delay picking us up. They are 73 and 68!
On our flight home, we got to Sarasota early and discovered our flight had been cancelled 3 hours earlier. We were told, "We could not contact you because you used expedia." You mean to tell me you could not look us up on your computer? Our info was all there. So, no other flights available. We had to drive to Fort Myers! We returned to our friend's house and rested. Then, set off for 1 hour and 45 minutes to the airport. Over $800 was spent to make this easy for all. It could not have been worse!
We had spent over $800 in order to land and depart from Sarasota, close to our friends home and a shorter ride for them to pick us up. The flights themelves were fine, the service was fine, but the thing we paid over $800 for, was not good at all. And we received not compensation for our trouble and inconvenience. We always use JetBlue. Now I am not so sure we will continue. They couldn't even get in touch with us!!!!!!!!!!!! We spent over $800 for round trip flights.
