Very convenient direct flight, extremely rude flight attendant

Nothing bad to say about Jet Blue except the redheaded flight attendant with anger management issues who apparently feels rudeness and sarcasm are more appropriate than a simple "turn off your electronics" for those who missed the call to turn off their ebook during the very extended delay fitting everyone's carry on luggage into the overheads. Direct route is great and so were the pilots. Maybe JetBlue should screen their flight attendants more carefully or address whatever is causing them to lash out at passengers who are not provoking them. Certainly it is not the most ideal job and presents frustrations. I am a very frequent flier and aim always not to be "the problem" on a flight. Tell me to do something on a plane and I comply immediately - no celebrity complex here. Even the stranger sitting next to me was perplexed at why this flight attendant was so nasty. I would actually settle for a US Airways flight with an added stop not to be subjected to this flight attendant's passive aggressive behavior again. Example - purposely passed me over later in offering beverages and snacks- no issue since I didn't want them. But really, isn't that petty and unprofessional?

Jet Blue's crew and pilots are friendly, upbeat,& helpful. They treat the handicapped like kings-wheelchair at the curb, front seat, lots of solicitous attention. I have fallen in love with Jet Blue: all this plus cheap fares, one free bag, and great snacks.

When initially booked, this was a direct flight but AA permanently cancelled the flight. The best choice was through LGA, which worked out fine. (still, would appreciate direct flight being returned to schedule -- just for ME, of course... ha!

I had never used JetBlue previously. I paid for the extra legroom seat and it was worth it. The plane was really clean and the captain and his crew were customer friendly.

I fly with Delta very often and for the most part been very satisfied. I am pretty tall, at 6 feet and have gotten used to the tiny planes. This particular flight was unusually crowded with larger individuals and the flight attendant (only one) was less then stellar. She was rude, sloppy and had an attitude to match. The women beside me swore she'll only fly JetBlue in the future, but I won’t go that far.
