Although our flight was uneventful and quick (3 1/2 hrs) - We were crunched into our seats. There was very little leg room which made for an uncomfortable trip. I understand that leg room is at a premium in Economy class but this was the worst I have experienced. Flight Attendants were great though!

Cabin Personnel were friendly and professional. Flight was on time. Comfortable flight. Better than average snacks as compared to other airlines.

I flew JetBlue from Boston to Miami a few years and it was a wonderful experience. JetBlue does a great job from check in to, to flight experience, to landing, they just made it a relaxing, enjoyable flight experience (and I don't even like to fly!). The Miami airport was chaos and the lay-out isn't great. Thankfully Miami was my final destination and I didn't need to rush to get to another gate. I definitely recommend flying JetBlue for this route.
