All 4 legs of the trip were full, or nearly so. On the outbound legs, the airline offered to check bags at no cost because there was not room for them in overhead bins. Tickets were too expensive (spring break week?), but flights were reasonably comfortable and there were no significant delays or problems.

The planes we flew were all A319's which were very comfortable. Every flight was on time as much as US air had control. There was 1.5 hr delay due to weather and traffic in boston, we arrived only 1 hr late. Wish US Air had more direct flights-they were all too early or late for us to take. The $25 bag fee is outrageous-just put it in the original fare if it is necessary.

Excellent from start to finish. No drama, no extra fees(ie luggage), confortable seats, no tripping over passengers during boarding (because passengers with seats in the tail section boarded first).

I prefer to fly Jet Blue because of the comfort and room of the seats and in flight service, especially the Dunkin' Donuts coffee.

If I ever fly American again, it will because all the other airlines have gone out of business. Absolutely, without question the worst customer service in the industry! Rude, Rude, Rude from the check-in desk to the flight attendants. And then, they had the nerve to have a litte raffle for 10% off coupons for writing what you liked best about your trip that day! Ah, can you say, NO THANK YOU! I wouldn't intentionally book on flight on this airline if it were FREE!

When I got on the plane in Boston, I heard the flight attendant say to another attendant, I am in no mood to put up with the passengers today. What an attitude to show to people who are cramed into seats and receive poor service. I fly quite a bit. There is a big difference between airlines. One of the best is Virgin America.

It was a small detail that I overlooked when booking my flight from BOS to LAS on JetBlue, but my lay-over was in California! So I flew right over Las Vegas! Overall the flight wasn't bad. The lay-over in Long Beach was fine, it's a cute little airport, not much to do, but grab a bite in their little cafe.

Check-in was easy on both sides of the flight. The flight itself was pretty short with courteous attendants and smooth flying. Pretty good experience overall.
