I like Southwest because they do not charge extra fees for silly things like luggage or which row of seats you get. I have no problem with the first come, first served idea, and that everyone is basically treated the same. I like that the crew is generally very friendly and helpful and even a bit silly.

I didn't like that there were more stops on my trip than I had originally signed up for... 2 stops each way made the trip a lot longer than it needed to be. This isn't Southwest's fault though, I should have looked closer at my flight itinerary before I clicked "buy".

I have to say, the crew was excellent when we were having a very rough patch as we were coming in to land in Baltimore - probably the roughest turbulence I have ever experienced. Job well done guys!!
