Our first experience with flying Air Tran was definitely a positive one. Check-in online was easy and the boarding process was quick and efficient. All 4 legs of our round-trip flights left early, on time or within 5 min. of the scheduled departure time.

In-flight announcements were pertinent and helpful and service was good. Flight attendants were cheerful and professional. On the final leg of our return home, the plane we would be taking was late arriving and the crew worked especially hard to make sure that we had an on-time departure. Moreover, all of the passengers on that leg of the flight cooperated fully and did their best to board and get seated ASAP so the flight could depart on time. From our experience, we will definitely take Air Tran in the future and will recommend it to our friends and family.
