Flight was delayed by 1.5 hrs, very hard landing in MCO. Great check-in svcs. Must fix the 3/3 config of seats if no assigned seating. Everyone grabs isle or window on EVERY row leaving only middle seats. My wife and I were not able to sit together and were stuck with middle seats. Maybe a 4/2 or 4/4 config would be nice or make passengers follow some seating arrangement. Not going to pay to cut in line and get a better seat. If your boarding with "B" flight, then you're screwed unless not a full flight. Boarding row selection is done randomly, not by choice.

My flight was supposed to leave at 3:05 and was delayed till 7pm, which made me miss an important dinner meeting with a client from Germany who was leaving the next morning. Every time I fly this is the case so as used to it as I am, I am getting sick of paying for a service that is at a certain time and getting delayed with no compensation. Every single place to eat in the airport was closed at 5:30 so not only did I miss an important dinner, I couldn't even get anything at my own expense to eat. Ridiculous.Needless to say I was not happy about this at all, and I was starving by the time my flight finally arrived at almost 11 at night. you asked..sorry. thats the truth.
