    The commuter airlines come in at a gate that is so far away from the major gates that one almost has to run to catch the next plane. Charlotte is so spread out that they need some sort of transportation from one terminal to another. The moving sidewalks help but if you get behind someone who is standing still it doesn't help much. This has happened to me the last two times I flew into Charlotte from Augusta.

    Flight and service was good. Seats were hard on smaller plane leaving from Augusta, GA to DFW. Flight times were good--no delays on any leg of trip.

    Only problem with flight from Delta's side was equipment change. Was supposed to be 767 and they changed to 757. I like to seat configuration with 2-4-2 instead of the 3-3. People carrying to much baggage on board. This delayed boarding and departure by 15 minutes each segment.Also parents keep your kids from yelling, banging seats, and making themselves an overall problem for everyone else flying.
