Good flight albeit we did depart and arrive almost an hour late. Flight attendants were very pleasant. If needed, I will definitely book this flight again when traveling to NY and/or CT.

I love traveling on airtran, but wish they flew into Hartford. I travel 1 and 1/2 hours to the airport to fly Airtran because the rates are so reasonable and they take off on time.

Six hours prior to scheduled flight departure, notice that flight was delayed one hour; ended up being delayed 2 1/2 hours; boarding time was time flight should have been arriving at destination. Plane was small; was forced to check carry-on bag although woman across aisle managed to stow three carry-ons(?). Had to then wait for carry on to be unloaded from plane, then left on a rack on the tarmac, and had to be located in the dark amongst numerous undistinguishable black carry-on bags. Plane cabin very cold during entire flight; many passengers requested blankets. Flight attendants had difficulty finding enought blankets. Flight crew courteous.

After returning from an 11 day vacation and cruise from Rome, Italy, we returned home for a quick turnaround to head from Atlanta to the Berkshires in New York for a yearly reunion with school friends. We were barely recovered from towing two humongous large suitcases, two overstuffed 26 inch roll aways, a backpak, camera case and large over the shoulder carry all bag, the latter stuff qualifying as carr-ons and personal items.
I vowed that if we went to the reunion trip it was one carry on each plus a personal item. Our carry ons are a little too large to fit the gateside measuring guide and would normally be forced to check our roll-ons at a hefty per pice charge, however the Delta Connection allows each passenger to place a "carry-on" planeside to be stored in the cargo compartment.
This worked out beautifully for us saving at least $100 of checked baggage cost aside from being instantly available upon deplaning and avoiding the wait of baggage first going to the carrousel.
All in all a very comfortable short flight of about 2 hours and no charge for baggage checkin and no wait for baggage arrival.

Great flight to White Plains. Small plane, return flight upgraded to first class. Very comfortable and smooth ride. Landed on time.
