    Waiting in Air Tran line to check in at Atlanta was frustrating. Only one person ahead of us, but it took her 15 minutes.

    One of the best flights I have had, and I have been to Egypt several times. The lady at the check in desk was excellent. It was such good service that I asked to speak with her supervisor............. and did.!!
