Leg space an issue and the flight was a little too rocky for me. My return flight from Orlando was GREAT!

The flight would have been great if not for the brief , but bizarre turbulence that stopped all in-flight service.

Three gate changes and a long wait for take off after leaving the gate (departures should be rated as on time or not by wheels up not gate departure--really, you pull away from the gate and PARK between the terminals before getting into a 14 plane line for the runway taking almost an hour total and this is "on time?") Then a very turbulent ride as we couldn't seem to get a flight path above the storm. Landed an hour late and missed dinner.

I have traveled with Air Tran several times and have always been satisfied with the service. Plan to fly with them again. Everyone was courteous and flights were on time.

I paid $90 for a last minute ticket for the holidays. I was impressed with the customer service agent who check'd me in (not some with the one yelling at everyone standing in line). The flight departed 10min late, but for the holidays season, it wasn't bad. I will definitely fly AirTran again :)

As usual, Delta was late. The way going by only a few minutes, but coming home, over two hours (mechanical probs). Really, if we weren't trying to accumulate points, it would have been Airtran. Two of their flights left while we were waiting...

The only thing I didn't like was the flight on the way home was overbooked, so we didn't have a seat. We had to upgrade to business class in order to fly home on time.

It was a great flight. The flight attendants were very friendly and the flight was on time, which is always a good thing!

Return flight was delayed 1 1/2 hours but overall everything was good Landing both times was easy some turbulunce during flight
