For the most part, I enjoyed my Southwest flights to and from Albuquerque and Minneapolis-St.Paul. I prefer using Southwest due to the flexibility of scheduling if something should happen where I am needed at home. Check in in Albuquerque was Wonderful. Check in at Minneapolis left something to be desired. Albuquerque had curbside checkin, Minneapolis had me do everything I needed at a desk and then also drag my luggage to the TSA for inspection. (Albuquerque has made it so the customer does not have to go through that step.) Southwets seats are prettty good. I sat next to a very large man between Phoenix and Minneapolis and that was very uncomfortable. That is where I realized I probably should have flown through Denver or Chicago, since one is in the air for at least three hours to go between Phoenix and Minneapolis.
