    Southwest has the best rates online and you can obtain your boarding pass and details of your itinerary online. Car rentals on their website have been the best deals we can find. We so appreciate changing our flights without a penalty.

    Everything went very smoothly and efficently. Our return flight even got back almost a half hour early...nothing wrong with that

    We frequent fly Southwest from Albany, NY to Orlando, FL and find that our flight usually arrives at least 15 minutes early and is gloriously nonstop. Although airfares are at a minimum of $98 one way these days, we had often traveled for $49 one way in previous years. It is delightful to bank your bucks when it is necessary to change a flight or you are able to book it more reasonably (even with Southwest) and not be charged a cent. We are very pleased with the service, staff and convenience!

    This was my first experience on Southwest. The plane felt like you were in a package wrapped tight! The seats were not comfortable! I am 5'4" and about 130 lbs. and I felt squashed in the seat. If you are not there for boarding your specific seated area you don't get a choice of seats. I don't like the fact that there is NO specific seating arrangements. All in all, I won't fly Southwest again unless I absolutely have to. They also sent my grandchild's carseat to another state!

    I loved the flight Southwest was right on time. The service is wonderful and the seating is on a you choose basis which makes it easier to sit quicker instead of looking for a specific seat. They are very informational throughout the whole ride and warn you when bumpy parts are coming up with in the ride.
