“Small craft vs. regular size”

For this nonstop flight the airbus-sized craft is a much better experience than one of the smaller crafts.
When I heard that there was 40-50mph wind in the arrival city, I couldn't imagine the small craft I was scheduled on proceeding without severe turbulance. When it was clear that United was not going to cancel the flight, I rescheduled my trip for the next day. Yeah, there was a $100 fee. But I traveled in peace!

Check in process was smooth.... even got exit row seating. Good in-flight service... arrived at my destination early... always a good thing.

Traveling with an elderly relative can be taxing. Not this time! Wheelchair assistance was pre-arranged, and SNAP, it was just about waiting for us when we arrived! Kudos to United's organization, both before, during and after flights. Luggage was waiting for us by time we got to the claim area. Everything was clean, orderly, efficient.
