Air Tran deserves to be sold to Southwest- Air Tran personnel need some help with attitudes ( or perhaps I should say "Customer interest") Also we encountered a 20 minute plane change due to late take-offf and had to change terminals to make connections - made it with help of a jitney driver who saw our panic.

Upon reconsideration I guess all airlines are the same!

flight attendant acted inconvenienced when asked a question and gate person in atlanta threatened to give our seats away. we had only 30 minutes between landing from akron to gate in atlanta. it was a long hike. we stopped long enough to get a drink and when we got to the gate the man was rude and made that threat. also need to file a claim for a lost ds game system and games in a case. everyone that i talked to about it seemed very unconcerned. I realize that you probably have alot of claims. could you please send me a form to file that claim?
