When did using the bathroom in the front of the plane only belong to first class passengers? When the line for the restrooms in the rear were 6 deep I brought my elderly father to the front of the plane to use the restroom. I was told by the flight attendant that the bathroom at the front of the plane was only for first class passengers. When we landed both my suitcase and my dads had been opened and items stolen from it. Brought it to the attention of the baggage services at Terminal #4 Delta offices, but no forms were filled out. Currently dealing with delta online and over the phone, but keeps going in circles. Fly Delta at your own Risk! Won't use them again any time soon.

Flights from St. Louis to Salt Lake and from Salt Lake to Honolulu were good flights. But even with a 2 hour layover at Salt Lake to rest up, I spent almost 10 hours in the air and that is a long time to spend in an airliner seat. The personnel were friendly and helpful.

Although it was a regional carrier, the flight was pleasant. Delta is the only legacy carrier that still servers pretzels and drinks on their short haul flights. Overall it was a good experience.

On two legs out of four of a recent trip, Delta changed our reserved seat assignments for the worse. I wasn't notified of either change. Their excuse was the aircraft was changed . The aircraft in boarded were the same type as I had booked the seats on months prior. I think it was a case of bumping as I had paid for one ticket and my wife was on a $99 companion ticket. Complaints to Delta resulted in nothing more than "spin" on company policy, and I was told that assigned seats don't really mean you get what you booked. Terrible customer relations.

Flight itself was fine, but by the time you were 1/2 hour into it, I realized my bottom was sore from the hard, hard seats. No leg room, seat did not recline. Made the flight VERY uncomfortable. Other than that, crew was nice and helpful. I will say though, people bring too much on board that I think should be checked in. Not enough room in the small overhead bins. Other than the hard seats and people squirming from pain, I like the service I receive from Delta. All airlines should look into upgrading the comfort of the seats.

Delta uses the small regional jet for this route. There is no forward lavatory for 1st Class so you have to go to the rear of the plane. Our flight from ATL to OMA was good and the flight attendants were pleasant and tended to the passengers. The return flight (which departs at 5:30 am) was not. The attendants were rude and did not offer to assist anyone unless you got there attention (which was hard to do since they were very busy talking to one another in the galley area. There was no COFFEE or any other hot beverage available on the flight!!! Who doesn't service a morning flight with hot beverages. Not a good experience... I complained to Delta and all I got was the "were look into it" Not worth the $2K price for two (2) 1st class RT, coach wasn't much better on price (reason I up'd for 1st Class).

Bangor Airport is a sweet airport--small and informal. However, be careful. They don't always announce flights and you have to be on guard. Don't dilly dally in the terminal or at the coffee shop! Sometimes flights even leave early. So be sure you are through security when you should be and ready to board way before time. Especially in the morning. I've been there when a flight would leave 30 minutes early. I also wish there were a direct flight to Atlanta. There used to be, but they eliminated it. There's no easy way to get to Atlanta. Either go through Newark or Detroit. Bleh.

Long trip was great at checkin and leaving BKK was smooth. Delta terminals are N in Bangkok did not know then and walked half the airport to find but the people at checkin called home and they found me. Good meals on flight to Tokyo have to go threw security again in Tokyo Delta told me you did not guess they don't really know. There was good time to catch connection flight tho. The flight to detroit was rough the upgraded seats are the same as all others dont waste you money. Not all Delta flights have internet either so be carefull when buying flight internet.

This has got to be the most over priced route on the face of the planet. The fares have never been reasonable but $440.00 for a 25 minute flight? No competition except United and they don't want to fight.

All the first class and premium fliers were called to board the Delta plane. Our group was announced and we stood in line for far too long a time--going on 20 minutes. After a number of passengers had boarded the plane, we were told that we should consider checking our carry-on pieces. We each had a carry-on, and I had a purse, which I am able to put under the seat in front of me. At the end of the jet-way, we were forced to give up our carry-ons because the overhead bins were full. Yet people ahead of us were allowed to board with over-stuffed back packs and over-stuffed duffle bags, none of which will fit under the seat. That particular passenger put BOTH pieces into the overhead bins, because neither of the pieces could fit under the seat. He was not the only one allowed to board with extra pieces and over-size bgs. The airlines need to be consistant in following regulation sizes and number of pieces. Why pay money to be treated like this? I don't think I'll fly Delta again unless it is absolutely unavoidable. The single aisle is so narrow that the food/beverage cart can barely pass the seats. If you want to use the restroom and the cart is in the aisle, you have to wait until the flight attendants finish the service and have moved the cart to the very back or the middle galley. It used to be that the in-cabin temperatures were so low that one had to wear a heavy sweater. Now the pilots keep it so warm that I feel like I've run around the high school track in summer. In the past flying was fun and exciting to look forward to. Today flying is the pits.

Many of the reviews above complain that the armrests don't lift. Most armrests on the aisle seats do lift but need to have a difficult to find button/latch pushed to work. Ask the flight attendant how to find it.

I have flown on Delta, Hawaiian airlines and soon this next month American Airlines to the Hawaiian islands. I am the type to do tons of research before my trips and read all the reviews. I have read reviews to places I have already gone just to see how people review them and I have to say, there are just going to be people who view the glass half full all the time and people who view the glass half empty! I think sometimes the issues people have are brought upon themselves and they will not be happy no matter how the trip turns out. They will always find something to complain about. Helpful reviews are when people tell you tips for short cuts or ways the airline helped you when something went wrong. We ALL know how it is to fly these days, unless you are paying first class, just expect the seats to smaller than your car (honestly I think many today are just overweight so the seats haven't gotten smaller it's us that have gotten bigger, and if you HAVE to be entertained on the trip, I suggest you bring your own so you don't have to complain about the sound or selection. If anyone can give advice on the LAX Admirals club, if it is worth buying for this trip from LAX to HNL, I would appreciate the feed back. Mahalo!

On the same route, Delta beats Hawaiian for its more comfortab;e seating, and more ample & frequent food & beverage. Its entertainment could be a lot better, but even with Hawaiian's digeplayers, Delta's got the overall edge.

There is only one airline that currently flys direct between Winnipeg and Minneapolis. DELTA... (Used to be Northwest.) They typically have 5 direct flights per day during the week. It is a 7 hour drive between the 2 cities. It is approx a 50 minute flight. Seven staff from our company travelled there for a two day meeting. The costs of a round trip ticket, BOOKED at least 2 weeks in advance ranged from $1200 to $1346 per ticket. CAN YOU SAY GOUGE!!! OUTRAGEOUS....

This was a pathetic version of first class. The seat, while large, was uncomfortable. The space between my seat and the one in front was minimal, about the same as regular coach seats on Jet Blue. No room for legrests. They showed one movie on a screen at the front of first class section. Unfortunately, my Bose headphones broke in the middle of the movie. They generously gave me one of their $2 earbuds, which were inadequate, so I gave up on the movie. The food service was comparable to the old coach trays. The did give me an attractive blue "tablecloth", however. The food itself was mediocre - wilted salad, overcooked chicken, and awful cake. All this for $980 round trip. My previous first class flight was on American, and what a difference. Comfortable seat with leg rest, graciously served meal in several courses, including fresh baked cookies or hot fudge sundae. For entertainment, AA provided a unit with choice of 8 or 10 movies, music or games, including Bose headphones. Delta should be ashamed.
