Skip driving through Death Valley and fly nonstop from LA to Vegas for only $40 roundtrip this spring. Sale fares can be found onboard Alaska on select Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturdays between March 24 and May 19, 2020. I was able to hit the jackpot with seats departing LAX on Wednesday, March 25, with a return from LAS on Tuesday, March 31, 2020.
Enjoy the Caribbean sunshine without packing your passport and fly from New York-JFK to St. Thomas, USVI, for $240 roundtrip. Nonstop flights on Delta takeoff starting in late April with returns through early June, so spend your spring in solitude on Magen’s Bay instead of crammed in a subway car. For a sample set of dates, I found an itinerary leaving JFK on Friday, May 8, with a return from STT on Monday, May 11, 2020. Perfect for an extended weekend away from the city. There's been a nice price drop on this route of about $40, reducing roundtrip itineraries from Seattle to London-Heathrow to just $424 on UK flag-carrier British Airways. Searching American, I found seats available leaving LAS on Monday, May 4, and returning from LIM on Sunday, May 10, 2020.
Spend your spring on a beach chair grabbing some rays in gorgeous Grand Cayman. Seats from Boston to Grand Cayman are open on select dates this May and June for $303 roundtrip on JetBlue. Tickets at this price start to appear in late May with Tuesday and Thursday departures through June 10, 2020. If you’re having trouble finding dates at this price, other flights are only $6-14 more through the end of June, including Saturdays.

You'll have some extra pocket change to spend in the City of Brotherly Love with a sub-$100 nonstop flight deal between Denver and Philly for only $97 roundtrip on AA. Tickets at this price are available on select Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays starting as soon as next week through mid-November.
