These prices are all at prices below what we regularly see for that specific airport pairing and destination. Some of these airfares are a part of ongoing sales, and some are unadvertised deals that may only last for a limited time. If any of these fares grab your attention, we recommend you book quickly to avoid missing out on a bargain buy.

New York – Palm Springs $197 Roundtrip on JetBlue

Looking for a much-needed escape from the chaos of the city? JetBlue has you covered with this fantastic fare from New York-JFK to Palm Springs for $197 roundtrip. Fly nonstop from Monday through Saturday starting in late January with returns available through the middle of February. The travel window is small, but the savings are substantial. As an example I found seats departing JFK on Tuesday, January 29 and returning from PSP on Saturday, February 2, 2019.

Boston – Panama City $307 Roundtrip on American or Delta

Fly from Boston to Panama City, Panama for $307 roundtrip this winter or spring on American or Delta Air Lines. While Copa offers a nonstop offer between these two cities, their fares are nearly $180 more. That's why we are singling out the American and Delta offers which are valid for Monday through Friday travel starting next week through the middle of May. Availability is scattered in some months and other travel days like Saturday and Sunday might be available for just a few dollars more. For example, I was able to find tickets on Delta at this price departing BOS on Friday, February 8 and returning from PTY on Friday, February 15, 2019.

San Diego – Shanghai $383 Roundtrip on Delta, United, or American

Fly from San Diego to Shanghai this winter for $383 roundtrip on your U.S. carrier of choice. Departures at this price are available daily starting in early February through the end of March, with returns available through April 10. You may notice flights on Air Canada listed a bit cheaper at $369 but many of those fares require a long layover or will jump in price at the booking screen. Using Google Flights, I found tickets at this price departing SAN on Friday, March 8 and returning from PVG on Sunday, March 17, 2019. With all three major carriers offering this fare, availability is wide open, so you shouldn't have much trouble finding dates that work best for you.

Oakland – Kauai $297 Roundtrip on Hawaiian Airlines

The Hawaiian Airlines sale is ending soon so take advantage of these great discount deals while you can. Here’s one of the best fare from that sale, fly nonstop from Oakland to Lihue, Kauai for $297 roundtrip. Departures are available from Monday through Thursday starting in late January through March 13, 2019. You may even be able to find similar prices on other travel days from the competitor on the route Alaska Airlines. As an example, I found seats departing OAK on Monday, February 11 and returning from LIH on Wednesday, February 20, 2019. Tickets at this price are easy to find, but you'll only have one more day to do so before the sale expires.

Los Angeles – London $447 Roundtrip on Air New Zealand

Air New Zealand is offering a lot of fantastic fare deals with its New Years Sale bookable through January 10, 2019. Here’s one of those deals, fly nonstop from Los Angeles to London for $447 roundtrip through March then again from September onward. Peak summer flights and other holiday dates are blacked out, but for the most part, this fare is wide open in the listed windows. Depart Sunday through Wednesday, and return from London on Tuesday through Fridays. What's best is this isn't one of those basic economy deals, meaning you still are allowed a free piece of checked luggage with this fare. As an example, I found inventory departing LAX on Sunday, March 17 and returning from LHR on Wednesday, March 27, 2019.

Portland, OR – Phoenix $97 Roundtrip on American

Fly nonstop from Portland, OR to Phoenix for $97 roundtrip on American Airlines this winter. Flights are available on scattered dates starting in the middle of January through the middle of February. Sun Country is also offering fares at this price, but they are more restrictive with their carry-on limits, for a few dollars more you can also find availability on Alaska Airlines as well. As an example, I was able to secure seats departing PDX on Friday, February 1 and returning from PHX on Monday, February 4, 2019. Perfect for a quick and cheap weekend getaway.

Philadelphia – Ft. Lauderdale $101 Roundtrip on JetBlue

Here’s another amazing deal from JetBlue that we’ve noticed today. Fly nonstop from Philadelphia to Ft. Lauderdale and enjoy some Southern Florida sun for $101 roundtrip this winter. Inventory is available as soon as next Monday and is valid through mid-February at this price, so long as you depart on select midweek flights. Mostly Monday through Wednesday departures with returns open on Thursdays and Fridays. Using JetBlue's flexible calendar search, I found seats leaving PHL on Tuesday, February 5 and returning from FLL on Tuesday, February 12, 2019.

Chicago – Las Vegas $97 Roundtrip on United

Fly nonstop from Chicago-ORD to Sin City for $97 roundtrip on United this winter. Scattered travel dates are available starting as early as next week through February 20, 2019. This is a basic economy fare, so you'll only be allowed a small carry-on like purse or backpack, but if you plan on hitting it big, you won't need to worry about paying extra for a checked bag. Searching United's website, I found tickets at this price leaving ORD on Tuesday, February 12 and returning from LAS on Saturday, February 16, 2019. One-way fares can be purchased for $49.

Minneapolis – Dublin $331 Roundtrip on American and British Airways

You'll need a little luck of the Irish to find this deal, but it's out there. Fly from Minneapolis to Dublin for $331 roundtrip on American and partner British Airways this spring. The best way to find this deal is by using a third-party search site like Orbitz, Expedia, or Google Flights as American doesn't display this price directly on their website. Availability is scarce, but available on select dates in May, for example, I found seats departing MSP on Monday, May 6 and returning from DUB on Wednesday, May 15, 2019. The window is short, but it's a great deal if you can make it work for your travel schedule. Ticket through Orbitz or Expedia for this reduced rate.

Washington DC – Lagos $630 Roundtrip on Lufthansa

Here’s a route we rarely see on sale. Fly from Washington DC-IAD to Lagos, Nigeria for $630 roundtrip on Lufthansa through April. Flights at this price can be found daily starting in early February through the end of March with returns possible through April. Itineraries will connect through Frankfurt (FRA) on both legs and availability is wide open. For example, I found seats departing IAD on Wednesday, March 13 and returning from LOS on Sunday, March 24, 2019.
