These top ten airfares are ringing in at prices below what we usually see for the specific airport pairings and destinations. Some of these fares are a part of listed sales, and some are unadvertised deals that generally last for a short time. So, if any of these top deals pique your interest, we recommend booking on the double to avoid missing out on a bargain buy.

New York – Moscow $383 Roundtrip on Swiss International

Fly from either New York–JFK or Newark to Moscow, Domodedovo for $383 roundtrip this winter or spring. Flights on Swiss International and other StarAlliance partners are available starting in early December through the end of April 2019. Departures are valid Sunday through Wednesday, with returns available Monday through Friday; a Sunday night stay is required. As an example, I found seats departing JFK on Wednesday, April 3 and returning from DME on Wednesday, April 10, 2019. Here’s a fantastic transcontinental flight deal! Fly nonstop from Philadelphia to Los Angeles for $179 roundtrip through early April on Alaska Airlines. Flights at this price point can be found starting in early December with departures available through March. Travel is valid Monday through Saturday, but you’ll have the most luck with mid-week departures. Flights at this bargain rate are going fast, so I’d recommend booking soon if you can find some flights that work for your travel plans. Searching on Alaska’s site, I found tickets departing PHL on Thursday, February 7 and returning from LAX on Monday, February 11, 2019.

Atlanta – Vancouver $235 Roundtrip on United

Another great price drop on this route, fly from Atlanta to Vancouver for $235 roundtrip on United Airlines. Flights are available daily throughout the winter but switch over to midweek only departures from March onward. No peak holiday flights are available at this listing, but other dates are widely available if you are flexible with travel dates. Trips book into United's standard economy fare bucket so you'll be able to bring your regular sized carry-on onboard. On United, I found an itinerary departing ATL on Tuesday, January 15 and returning from YVR on Thursday, January 24, 2019.

Chicago – Las Vegas $121 Roundtrip on American

Need a last-minute getaway? Depart as early as next week through the middle of December with returns available into 2019 on nonstop flights from Chicago to Las Vegas for $121 roundtrip. Flights are available midweek, but you'll need flexibility while booking to find an itinerary that works for you at this price point. As an example, I saw seats departing ORD on Monday, December 3 and returning from LAS on Tuesday, December 11, 2019, available on AA.com.

Los Angeles – Melbourne $498 Roundtrip on Air Canada

Air Canada keeps rolling in these unadvertised fare deals to Australia and Asia without much notice. Here is another one of those great finds that will only last a short time. Fly from Los Angeles to Melbourne, Australia for $498 roundtrip this spring. Departures are limited to midweek days in March and April, but if you can make this travel window work for you, you’ll be saving hundreds over the competitor’s rates. As with many of these Air Canada fares, booking through a third-party site like Expedia or Priceline will result in the lowest prices, as the AC website tends to jump up in price on the final booking screen. On Priceline, I found tickets departing LAX on Monday, March 11 and returning from MEL on Wednesday, March 20, 2019.

Orlando – Austin $164 Roundtrip on Southwest

Fly nonstop from Orlando to Austin for $164 roundtrip on Southwest this winter. Flights are available on most dates starting in late November through March 6, 2019. Peak holiday travel is not possible at this price. As with all Southwest fares, they must be booked directly with the airline on southwest.com. That's where I found seats departing MCO on Wednesday, January 23 and returning from AUS on Wednesday, January 30, 2019.  Two bags fly free!

Las Vegas – Beijing $454 Roundtrip on Hainan

Five-star Hainan Airlines is offering nonstop flights from Las Vegas to Beijing for $454 roundtrip with its latest sale. You’ll have until November 15 to book this great deal on nonstop departures from Vegas on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. Flights at this rate start in January of 2019 and are valid through the end of May. Booking with Hainan directly is the best way to find this fare as other sites are displaying this fare at a higher rate. Searching I was able to find seats departing LAS on Tuesday, March 5 and returning from PEK on Friday, March 15, 2019.

Boston – Myrtle Beach $114 Roundtrip on American

Have a quick escape to Myrtle Beach this fall. Fly from Boston on American Airlines for $114 roundtrip through mid-December. This last minute deal is available starting daily in late November with no minimum stay required. Searching on AA.com, I found tickets at the listed price departing BOS on Wednesday, November 28 and returning from MYR on Tuesday, December 4, 2018.

Dallas – Oslo $380 Roundtrip on British Airways

Take a look at this discount deal to Norway, Fly from Dallas-DFW to Oslo for just $380 roundtrip on British Airways and other Oneworld partners. Use Oslo as a great base to fly off elsewhere in Scandinavia for your Northern Lights hunt. Departures can be found daily starting in the middle of January through the end of March. Take note this fare books into basic economy, so you’ll have to fit all your gear into a carry-on, if you need to check a bag it will cost you $60 for the first piece one-way. On BA.com, I found tickets at this price departing DFW on Wednesday, March 13 and returning from OSL on Sunday, March 24, 2019. Other dates are widely available in the winter months; a Saturday night stay is required.
