Spirit Airlines is expanding nonstop flights to/from Myrtle Beach. Starting in May, Spirit will fly twice a week from both Houston (IAH) and Kansas City (MCI) to Myrtle Beach (MYR). Intro fares start at $161 roundtrip.

Spirit Adds New Flights to Myrtle Beach from Houston and Kansas City

The new routes begin in May 2019, and are only flown twice per week, so you'll have to be flexible with travel dates to find the new nonstop options. I've included the service start date and travel days for each route. Intro fares are available for travel in May, and a few dates in late August/September.

There is no advertised expiration date for these fares and the prices are subject to change at any time.

Since there are no other nonstop options on these routes, this should help bring prices down drastically on other airlines looking to compete. Sign up for fare alerts to find out about price drops, flash sales, and promo code deals.
