While most of the super-low new Southwest fares to Hawaii that we mentioned yesterday have gone up in price, there are a few good deals sticking around. For instance, fly from Seattle to Honolulu for $356 roundtrip on Southwest. And for those living the island life in the South Pacific who are losing sleep thinking about a vacation in the Pacific Northwest, this price also works from Honolulu to Seattle.
Book soon! Don't count on this price sticking around much longer on Southwest.
Travel on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from January through early March.
This fare includes a carry-on bag, a personal item, and 2 free checked bags.
Southwest has an open seating policy, which means there are no assigned seats and you'll get to choose your seat during boarding. The order of boarding is determined by the time of check-in so check-in exactly 24 hours before departure or pay for priority boarding for a better choice of seat.
If you prefer to fly nonstop, Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, and Delta are all selling nonstop flights for $438 roundtrip for travel between September and mid-February. All of these airlines include carry-on baggage, but there will be a $30 charge for the first checked bag. Flying Southwest from Seattle to Hawaii requires a connection, but it includes 2 free checked bags.
If you want to fly into one island and back from another, you can purchase one-way flights for about half the roundtrip price and combine with $29-$39 interisland Southwest flights.
