We're seeing some incredible unadvertised domestic fares on United today. Fly cross-country to/from Portland (PDX) and Seattle (SEA) for only $144 roundtrip.

These are all big price drops, which normally don't last very long after falling this low. Secure your low fare by booking now and taking advantage of the 24-hour risk-free cancellation to think about your plans.

I would recommend booking asap. These fares have dropped twice already today and there were other routes to/from other cities that have already jumped back up in price.

These fares are all available for daily travel through March 6, 2019, with a 14-day advanced purchase required. Not every date will be available on every route, so you'll have to be slightly flexible with travel dates to find these fares.

A sample of fares include:

Boston to Portland $144 roundtrip

Pittsburgh to Seattle $144 roundtrip

Portland to Orlando $144 roundtrip

Seattle to Tampa $144 roundtrip

Portland to Austin $144 roundtrip

Seattle to Charleston $144 roundtrip

Seattle to New Orleans $144 roundtrip

Seattle to Oklahoma City $144 roundtrip

Seattle to San Antonio $144 roundtrip

All fares work in the reverse direction as well. There may be more similar price drops. Check flights from your city to see today's current finds.

These are Basic Economy fares, which only include a small personal item. The upgrade to a standard Economy fare, which includes a carry-on bag plus a personal item is mostly $30 each way to upgrade. If you need to check a bag, keep in mind that checked bag fees are the same $30 fee for both Basic Economy and standard Economy.

If you have a United credit card or elite status, some of the restrictions may not apply. For more info, check out our guide to Basic Economy for domestic travel.

As an example, I found seats departing Portland PDX on Thursday, January 24 returning from Orlando MCO on Saturday, February 2, for $144 roundtrip.
