A crazy low fare on this stubbornly expensive route. Fly nonstop from Atlanta to San Francisco for $75 roundtrip on Frontier. This is a rare discount on this route since it is almost always excluded from Frontier's promo code sales. The service was on hiatus over the summer, but Frontier began flying this route again last week.
To book, enter promo code SAVE90 on FlyFrontier.com to receive a 90% discount off the base fare for travel between November 27 and February 11. Friday/Sunday travel and specific dates around the holidays are excluded. I found this price available for winter travel departing Atlanta ATL on Wednesday, January 23, returning from San Francisco SFO on Wednesday, January 30. WOW Air has released a Purple Friday Sale with nonstop flights to Iceland for $69 one-way and connecting flights to Europe for $99 one-way. Return flights are priced a bit higher, which brings nonstop flights from Chicago to Reykjavik to $169 roundtrip. This price can be found for travel on scattered dates through mid-December. I found seats departing Chicago ORD on Tuesday, December 4, returning from Reykjavik KEF on Tuesday, December 11. The one-way fares are available for travel through early April and are advertised to expire on Sunday, November 25, or while supplies last.

San Francisco - Philadelphia $197 Roundtrip for January Travel
We've seen this price before, but it is still quite amazing for a nonstop flight across the country. Fly nonstop from San Francisco to Philadelphia for $197 roundtrip on Alaska, American, or United. This is part of the latest Alaska Airlines sale for travel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays in January. I found seats departing San Francisco SFO on Saturday, January 12, returning from Philadelphia PHL on Saturday, January 19. Alaska introduced its version of Basic Economy with this sale. The "Saver Fare" is similar to American's Basic Economy, which includes a carry-on bag plus a personal item, but has restrictions on seat selection and ticket changes. United's fare is the most restrictive since it only includes a small personal item.
