The fare war to Europe continues. Legacy carriers Delta and American are selling standard Main Cabin Economy fares from several cities to Europe starting at $304 roundtrip for travel through May. These fares include one free checked bag and standard seat selection.

Some of these fares we had mentioned earlier, but they were only being sold at these prices in Basic Economy before. Now, both Delta and American are offering these crazy low fares for their Main Cabin Economy product, which includes one free checked bag, standard seat selection, and the ability to make ticket changes.

These fares are widely available on most of these routes from late October through May 21, 2019. A 28-day advance purchase and a 7-night minimum stay are required. Travel around the holidays in December/early January is blacked out.

Be careful when booking since Delta is selling Basic Economy for the same price. Make sure to choose the Main Cabin Economy fare.

This sale is unadvertised and prices may jump at any time.
