The $99 one-way fares are advertised for travel from the US to Iceland from August through October. A few routes may have availability outside these months as well. WOW basic fares only include one small personal item up to 22 lbs. Carry-on bag fees start around $40 each way ($50 for west coast) when purchased during booking.
