Delta's checked baggage policy for their basic economy fares to Europe is changing this spring. Starting April 10, you'll have to pay extra for checked bags. If you plan on checking bags and/or would like to choose your seat, we would suggest upgrading to the main cabin fare for $45 more each way (less than a checked bag fee one-way).
