Cheap Flights From Washington, D.C., DC (IAD) To Jacksonville, FL (JAX)

Flight from Dulles to Atlanta cancelled and I had to suggest flying from National instead so I could catch my connecting flight rather than arriving into Jacksonville at rush hour - felt DL should have suggested the alternate airports (both DCA and BWI). Once I did, they provided taxi service (but no tip - other airlines do and I had limited cash). My major complaint is that, in both directions I ended up with VERY short layovers in Atlanta due to late flight arrivals, and DL has stopped providing connecting gate information on the aircraft, so instead of being off and running (or having a gate agent meet the flight) they force you to wait to look at a computer screen for your connecting gate - and since all connecting cities do not show up on the screen at once, you then have to wait for your city to appear - this costs valuable time. When I said something to a flight attendant she ignored the question and gave me a disgusted look. DL service is usually above average - but that response was not!
