Canada's newest ultra-low-cost carrier Swoop has added flights to Mexico. Nonstop flights from Hamilton and Abbotsford to beach destinations in Mexico such as Cancun, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta commence in January. Intro fares are as low as $294 CAD roundtrip.

Swoop to Fly from Canada to Mexico

In total, Swoop is adding four new routes between Canada and Mexico. Two from each of its focus cities in Hamilton (YHM) and Abbotsford (YXX). These new flights will bring low fares to some of Canada's favorite leisure destinations from these secondary cities outside the larger cities of Toronto and Vancouver.

New service starts in January and intro fares are valid through mid-April. Late March travel will yield higher fares for most of these routes. Each route is operated on just a few days each week. I've listed the service start date below along with intro fares and days of the week each route will operate. Click on the fare details for more booking info.

Intro fares must be booked by 11:59 pm MT, on October 7, 2018.

Checked bag fees start at $30-$35 CAD when purchased online. Larger carry-on bag fees start at $35-$41 CAD. There are also extra fees if you would like to choose a specific seat and for pretty much anything else such as snacks or beverages onboard.
