Emirates are back promoting their companion sales to Europe. These deals pop up every so often, usually around Valentine’s Day, but Emirates is mixing it up this time and offering now through August 17, 2018. To take advantage of this deal, you’ll need to book two tickets together on the same itinerary.
Travel at this price is available from October through the middle of May with blackout dates between December 18 through 26, 2018. Departure days are valid Sunday through Wednesday, with returns available through Monday through Thursdays. A minimum stay of 4 days or a Sunday night is required.
This sale is limited to Emirates fifth freedom flights to Italy and Greece. Companion totals will price out at about $779 roundtrip for both tickets.

As an example, I found seats departing EWR on Monday, November 5 and returning from ATH on Wednesday, November 14, 2018. Dates are widely available searching on the Emirates website.
